Axygen® PCR-02-C PCR Tubes are designed for preparing and processing individual polymerase chain reaction samples in compatible 0.2 mL thermal cycler blocks.
The thin-wall polypropylene construction supports rapid and uniform heat transfer between the thermal cycler and reaction mixture. Each tube features an attached domed cap that helps maintain secure closure during repeated heating and cooling cycles while reducing the risk of misplaced caps.
The clear tube body allows convenient visual inspection of the reaction mixture before and after thermal cycling. The individual-tube format provides flexibility for laboratories that do not require a complete tube strip or PCR microplate.
