Axygen® PCR-0208-C PCR Strip Tubes provide a convenient format for preparing and processing multiple polymerase chain reaction samples.
Each strip contains eight connected tubes with a nominal capacity of 0.2 mL per tube. The connected configuration supports organized sample handling and efficient loading with compatible multichannel pipettors.
The thin-wall polypropylene construction promotes rapid and uniform heat transfer between the thermal cycler and reaction mixture. Clear tubes allow convenient visual inspection of samples before and after amplification.
These PCR tube strips are supplied without caps and non-sterile. Compatible PCR strip caps or sealing products must be selected separately according to the tube format, thermal cycler, and laboratory workflow.
