Bioreset® Max by Amira Srl is a robust, large-volume VPHP biodecontamination system built for intensive and frequent sterilization cycles in pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities. The system combines a high-power blower, precise peristaltic pump control, and advanced environmental monitoring to ensure consistent H₂O₂ vapor distribution even in spacious rooms and interconnected zones.
Its intelligent controller includes a touchscreen tablet with remote Wi-Fi access, allowing operators to run validated cycles, store recipes, and retrieve complete audit trails. Bioreset® Max is fully compatible with 21 CFR Part 11, supporting strict GMP data-integrity requirements.
Optional accessories—such as H₂O₂ concentration probes, catalytic converters, neutralizers, and environmental sensors—enable tailored installation based on workflow and compliance needs. The system can also be equipped with a mobile wheel-base for flexible movement across production areas.
