The KRM™ Chromatography System & OPUS® Pre-packed Columns solution from Repligen redefines downstream purification by integrating a fully single-use, scalable chromatography system with a flexible, open-platform column offering. The KRM system supports streamlined, scaleable flow paths with zero-dead-leg valve blocks, over-molded tubing connections, and pre-assembled ProConnex® flow kits to reduce hold-up volume and shear stress.
Paired with OPUS pre-packed columns, users can select from a wide range of internal diameters (2.5–80 cm) and bed heights (5–30 cm) to configure their purification setup with any resin of choice. The OPUS columns are manufactured in clean-room ISO Class 7 for GMP formats, ensuring high-quality packing and reduced risk of contamination.
This combined platform enables efficient, high-recovery processes for challenging modalities like viral vectors and gene therapies. Repligen’s automation software offers full recipe management, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and seamless integration with manufacturing workflows.
