TKA Petri Dishes Filling Systems are engineered to streamline and standardize the preparation of agar plates for microbiology, QC labs, research institutions, and industrial microbiology workflows.
These systems eliminate manual pouring — significantly reducing contamination risk, labour time, and variability in media volume. TKA offers different models according to throughput needs:

MiniPetri — compact, automated pourer suitable for small labs or low-to-moderate plate demand.

MaxiPetri S / MaxiPetri D — higher-capacity systems with greater throughput, capable of handling larger batches for busy labs or semi-batch production.
Both models support a wide range of dish diameters (50 – 150 mm), and optional add-ons like peristaltic pumps for blood/additives, automatic stacking, format-change sets for different dish sizes, and core control interfaces for batch tracking and standardization.
