Priorclave’s Pass-Through (Double-Door) Autoclaves, also known as double-ended sterilisers, allow for a sterile pathway between two areas (e.g., clean room and dirty room) without compromising containment. Each unit is custom-built to laboratory specifications—users can configure chamber size (from 150 L to 700 L), door style (round or rectangular), load shelves, and control system.
The autoclave features a microprocessor-based TACTROL® control system, enabling one-touch start, automatic timed freesteaming to improve steam penetration, load cooling, media warming, and delayed start cycles.
Safety is a high priority: the double doors are interlocked to prevent both opening at once, and the chamber and door are made from ASME-certified 316L stainless steel. Biomaster™-treated antimicrobial surfaces further reduce contamination risk.
