WIGGENS WD 325 COD-Reactor (Heat Block included)
Compact and programmable COD-reactor for safe and efficient digestion of closed micro-reflux COD vials — ideal for water quality testing and wastewater analysis.
Overview
The WIGGENS WD 325 is a high-precision COD-reactor designed to digest closed micro-reflux COD vials, meeting the requirements of regulatory standards (including compliance with USEPA 410.4).
Thanks to its built-in heating block and user-friendly control panel, the WD 325 simplifies the digestion process: just press start — the reactor heats up to 150 °C and maintains for 2 hours (COD standard program), then automatically shuts off with an audible alarm at the end.
Additionally, it allows custom temperature and time settings (range 60-200 °C, timer 1-999 min), letting users store up to 3 custom heating programs for other digestion or heating tasks.
The housing is made from powder-coated stainless steel, and the heating block is aluminium alloy — ensuring durability, chemical resistance, and safe operation in laboratory or industrial settings.
WD 325 is compact, portable (weight ~4.5 kg), and supports 25 vial positions (Ø16.5 mm × 55 mm), making it suitable for small- to medium-throughput labs handling wastewater analysis, environmental monitoring, or water quality compliance.
